Shipping Policy — Wear Faith
At Wear Faith, every order is prepared with care and intention.
We want your experience — from checkout to delivery — to reflect the same integrity and quality that define our brand.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
During high-demand periods or collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery times:
• Within the EU: 3–7 business days
• Outside the EU (International): 7–14 business days
These are estimated timeframes; delivery may vary depending on your country and carrier service.
3. Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted carriers such as DPD, Omniva, and DHL, depending on destination and availability. All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to you by email once your order ships.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are imposed once your package reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Wear Faith is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, please contact us at contact.wearfaithclothing@gmail.com as soon as possible — before your order has been dispatched.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact.wearfaithclothing@gmail.com. We’ll contact the carrier and do our best to resolve the issue. If your package is confirmed lost, we’ll either resend your order or issue a refund.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
8. Preorders or Made-to-Order Items
For any preorder or custom-made items, shipping times will be clearly stated in the product description. Please note that these items may take longer to dispatch.
